No 46a - UPDATE: EA REFUSED AN EXTENSION TO THE CONSULTATION!!!!
The EA made over 54 changes to the draft permit and draft decision documents and then extended the consultation to give people time to review the changes and respond. Even though the EA did not inform some residents of Burniston and informed others less than a week before the end of the consultation period, they have refused to extend the consultation. PLEASE READ BELOW HOW TO ASK THE EA FOR AN EXTENSION because we must be heard!
